The Alliance is establishing partnerships with industry and other professional groups who share CAHSI goals. The goals of the partnerships are to coordinate and mutually contribute to each other’s efforts. For example, the IBM Academic Initiative is providing software, faculty training, and feedback on curriculum to strengthen HSI programs and make them more attractive to Hispanic students.
